"You" and "Client" means any individual or entity making an order

General

  • Commission Application/Order Communication will happen through Email, Discord, or vGen in the future.

  • Client must supply reference for the character(s).

  • Base price increases by 100% for each additional character.

  • I have the right to decline any commission request.

  • Orders with complex details may increase commission price.

  • Complex details include, but are not limited to: tattoos, mecha body parts, complex patterns & clothing, armor, accessories.

  • Skeb Style illustrations are Personal use only

NSFW may increase price and is not my strong suit

  • Suggestive art will not increase price

  • Nudity will increase base price by 75%

  • Intimate NSFW will increase base price by 100%

Intellectual property rights (IPR)

I, LucienFi retain

  • The right to Stream the commission process unless discussed otherwise (fees may apply).

  • The right to Post and display the commissioned artwork for promotion Unless an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) fee is payed($50).

  • All copyright on the commissioned artwork.

You, the client may,

  • use the commissioned artwork for personal use.

  • Use the commissioned artwork for commercial use if payed for.

  • Claim the character in the artwork as your own (but not the artwork itself).

Actions deemed to be copyright infringment

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Not crediting me, Lucienfi. *Unless otherwise discussed

  • Reselling the commissioned artwork. *Unless Commercial use

  • Modifying the commissioned artwork without my (the artists') authorization.

  • Using the commissioned artwork for Artificial intelligence training (machine learning).

  • Using the commissioned artwork for NFT(non-fungible token) minting.

Use

Personal Use

  • The listed commissions prices are for personal use only. Excluding PNG Tuber.

  • Use of the commissioned artwork as profile picture, background, banner, post to social media with credits to LucienFi (the artist).

Commercial Use

  • Price increases by 50% If Client uses commissioned art for promotional content, Streaming Assets, Game Assets, Thumbnails, Music/Video Cover Art.

  • Price increases by 100% if Client uses commissioned art for merchandise such as but not limited to: Stickers, Prints, Mousepads, Charms, bookmarks.

  • Client must credit LucienFi (the artist) when posting promotional content or credit LucienFi in Twitch panels if used for Twitch asset. *Unless otherwise discussed

PNG Tuber Use

  • Client may use the PNG Tuber model artwork for any commercial use.

  • Client must credit me (LucienFi) in an obvious location on their social media or streaming platform (ie: Twitch, Youtube).

Deadlines

Deadlines may be discussed prior to payment.
If client doesn't give a strict deadline average commission completion time is:

  • 4 weeks for Bust-up & Half-body

  • 1-3 months for Full-body, PNG Tuber, High Detail commissions

Commission completion time starts after payment is made.

Payment

  • Payment is made in USD

  • Full payment must be made upfront for commissions under $100

  • Partial payment and payment plans can be discussed for commissions greater than $100

  • Payment must be made within 4 days after the client receives the invoice. (If payment isn't made within the allotted time, client must re-apply for a commission).

  • Payment will be done through PayPal or vGen in the future

Revisions & Refunds

  • Prior to sketch approval unlimited revisions may be requested.

  • Once commission has been completed, client may request up to 5 minor revisions (Unless I'm at fault or negotiated otherwise).

  • No Revisions may be requested for Skeb Style Commissions

  • Full Refunds may be made if I have done no work on the commission, or I have failed to complete the commission.

  • 50% Refund may be made prior to Sketch Approval.

  • 25% Refund may be requested if I go tremendously past the average commission completion time or discussed deadline.

  • Client may not request a refund once the sketch has been approved by the client.
